This free fun run is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a summer evening with fellow runners, try out the latest footwear from On, and get excited for one of Appleton's favorite holiday traditions. On will be on-site with demo pairs of the Cloudrunner and Cloudmonster, giving participants the chance to experience the comfort, cushioning, and performance that have made On one of the fastest-growing brands in running. We'll also be officially kicking off registration for the 2026 Santa Scamper, taking place in Downtown Appleton this November. The Capital Credit Union Houdini 10k recognizes Appleton's iconic resident Harry Houdini and ushers in the beauty of a Wisconsin fall with a scenic course including the Newberry Trail and Appleton Locks. Participants will start at Houdini Plaza and finish in Jones Park to enjoy post-race food & beverage including Copper State Brewing Co. beer to those 21 & older. Additionally, there will be Magicians strolling throughout the morning performing for you to enjoy before and after your run. This event is part of the 4imprint Race Series.
