Does one person need to register the whole team?
No! One person does not need to handle registering the whole team. However, a person on your team will need to be designated as a Team Captain when registering. This person will need to sign up before anyone else on your team to create a team by choosing the Create a New Team option. The Team Captain will choose the team type, team name and team password that team members will use when registering themselves to the team.
The reason we also have the team password to connect teams beyond just the team name is that sometimes teammates choose the wrong team or there are teams with very similar names.
If you need assistance registering, please email email@example.com
All Teams Will Receive...
Front Bib for Each Runner
Wristband (to be passed from runner to runner when participating)
Finish Line Food & Beverage
“Mobile Aid Station” which includes snacks, drinks & more!

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
Vehicle: Teams provide their own support vehicle and can divide the race legs however they want as long as the entire distance is covered by the team (for example, a teammate can legs back-to-back, etc.)
There will be no formal exchange zones. Teams may exchange on their own. Teams will be sent off with mobile support (hydration, etc.).
Slap Bands: Each team is supplied one slap band. This MUST be worn by the team member while running on the course. The runners will exchange the slap bands when they switch to a new runner.
Water: Please equip your vehicles with hydration for your team members. Your team is allowed to give you assistance in the form of food, fluids and clothing while running your leg. (NO rides!!)
First Aid: Each Team is responsible for supplying an adequate first aid kit on board each vehicle to treat blisters, abrasions and other common ailments.
Traffic: ALL traffic has the right-of-way while you are running on the course! Follow the Run Away to the Bay signs. These will be placed on the side of the road that you are to be running on. If there is a sidewalk available, that is where you should be running, not in the road.
Headphones are allowed, but PLEASE keep the volume low. We recommend using just one earphone if possible. Your SAFETY is our #1 concern!
Instead of having designated exchange zones and water stations along the course, we load our teams up with goodies from Festival Foods such as: sports drink, toilet paper, candy, chips, bananas, beef jerky, water & more! Options available will vary from year to year.
Does your team have a driver? You can now add on the "Driver Only Package" which gets them an event t-shirt, Big Buddy beverage of their choice from Kwik Trip and post race meal. This is an optional add-on.
