The COROS app is where you’ll review activities, change watch settings, build routes, monitor training and connect other fitness apps.
If the QR code doesn’t work, select Pair via Bluetooth underneath the scanner
COROS Safety Alerts allow you to share live tracking information and manually send an SOS notification to selected emergency contacts during outdoor activities.
In the COROS app:
To manually send an SOS from the PACE 4, press and hold the designated button for seven seconds, then press the dial to confirm. Review the instructions shown in the COROS app so you know which button to use before you need it.
Your PACE 4 must remain connected to your phone through Bluetooth, the COROS app must be running in the background and your phone must have cellular service. COROS Safety Alerts notify your selected contacts but do not contact 911 or emergency services for you.
COROS can automatically share completed activities with supported training platforms.
In the COROS app, select:
Profile → Settings → Third-Party Apps → Data Sync
Choose the service you want to connect and follow the sign-in instructions. Available connections may include Strava, TrainingPeaks and other supported platforms.
Complete this connection before your next activity so newly recorded workouts can sync automatically.
Your watch may automatically lock to prevent accidental button presses. Hold the digital dial until the green lock symbol completes to unlock it.
Waiting for a strong GPS signal before pressing Start will help improve the accuracy of your route, distance and pace.
COROS uses your recent activities and personal information to help you understand your training. Give the watch time to learn about you—the information becomes more useful as you consistently record activities.
An estimate of how much stress a workout placed on your body. Longer or more intense activities generally create a higher training load.
An estimate of how prepared your body may be for additional training based on your recent activity and recovery patterns.
A collection of running-related fitness estimates that can help you follow changes in your performance over time.
Estimates of the effort you may be able to sustain during challenging running. These numbers can help COROS personalize training zones and workout recommendations.
Heart-rate variability measured while you sleep. Wear the watch consistently at night to establish your personal baseline. COROS generally needs about five nights of data before displaying an assessment.
Use these measurements as training tools—not medical diagnoses. Look for trends over time instead of reacting to one unusual reading.
