We're making a small update to our Loyalty Rewards Program.
What is Staying the Same:

Your Loyalty Rewards account and all of your existing points aren't going anywhere. You'll continue earning rewards on eligible purchases just as you do today.
What is Changing:

Beginning July 22, 2026, the Run Away Shoes app will no longer be used for event check-ins, mileage rewards, or gift card redemption. But don't worry—you'll still earn points for attending our events! See more details here on how we're going to do that.
If you're connected to Mileage Rewards:

We will honor the next level award through the end of August. Please stop into the Appleton or Green Bay shops to redeem.
No action is required. If you have the app, you can simply delete it after July 22. Deleting the app will not affect your Loyalty Rewards account or any of the points you've already earned.
